Booking your event DJ at least ONE month (or more) out is recommended. Reservations will be treated on a first come, first served basis and are based on availability. Reservations are not final until a vendor agreement contract has been signed by you ("Client") and a staff member of Sully's ("Vendor") and a non-refundable deposit has been received.

Why would I hire a DJ? Can't I just do it myself? 
You probably could, but if you do, something else at your event may very well take a hit. When you hire a DJ to handle the music for you, they work with you before your event so that you can focus on enjoying your event with your guests...not to mention, enjoy the music too! This gives you a chance to relax more and stress less about this important part of your event. 

To give you a real world example: We thought we would cut some corners with our own wedding and save a little money, so we decided to set up our equipment and set up some playlists. Well, the day of our wedding, we learned that this had been a mistake...the equipment had been tinkered with the night before, effectively changing some of the settings. Throughout the course of the night, we were also the go-to people when one of our guests had a song request or if an announcement needed to be made. Let's just say, we won't be doing that again!

Trust us, from first hand experience, you could do it yourself, but you're going to stress yourself out if you do. Let a professional worry about it for you.

I'm hosting a family event with people of all ages. Do you have music that is appropriate/family-friendly?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves with having a library of over 40,000 songs from all decades (grows weekly!). We are able to play to the needs of all ages with a large variety of radio-edited, family-friendly songs.

I want to hire a DJ for an event, but I don't think I can afford one. What do you suggest?
We work with all budgets. We have an hourly rate that we charge at, but understand that this doesn't always fall within the budget of our clients. If you want a DJ and have a concern about this, please give us a call and we'll see what we can work out.
